Floor Couvreur graduated as a medical doctor in 2017 at the KU Leuven in Belgium. Trained as a general otorhinolaryngologist in the AZ Sint-Jan’s Hospital of Bruges, as well as the University Hospital of Leuven, she graduated in 2022 with a special interest in Otology and Neurotology. A first fellowship in Otology and Neurotology at the Luzerner Kantonsspital held by the Fisch International Microsurgery Foundation under the supervision of Prof. Dr. T. Linder and Prof. Dr. A. Huber was completed in June 2022. Furthermore, she completed a Fellowship in Otology and Neurotology at the Dalhousie University in Canada, where she focused on the use of OCT in conductive hearing losses. Since July 2023, she has been a staff member within the ENT-department at the AZ Sint-Jan’s Hospital of Bruges.

His medical study began at the Semmelweis University in Budapest in Hungary, then continued at the University Clinic in Mainz in Germany and in Salzburg, in Austria at the Paracelsus Medical University. In 2014, he completed his habilitation in Salzburg, and in the following years he headed the otology division of the Hamburg Otorhinolaryngology Clinic. He studied the temporal bone and lateral skull base surgery from professor Fisch in Zurich between 2002 and 2015 and came a short time in Piacenza by professor Sanna to study other aspects of the lateral skull base surgery. Currently he leads the lateral skull base surgery center at the University of Pécs in Hungary.
